Kristen Saloomey is an award-winning correspondent for the international news network Al Jazeera. An expert commentator on international affairs, as well as an  advocate for journalists, her reporting exposed the United Nations as the source of Haiti’s cholera epidemic and was recognized by the UN Correspondents Association. She’s a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and Fordham University.
