Kieran Baker has been a Board member of the Foreign Press Association since December 2020.
Kieran is currently consulting for News UKTV, Emmy awarding winning TV producer for CNN, and helped set
up Al Jazeera English in Washington DC, then Bloomberg TV Africa in Lagos & London followed by TRT World, as launch Director of Programming.
Kieran Baker has worked on various digital start-ups including Africa Today TV and ArcticToday.com; created The
603, a newsletter focused on the Presidential primaries in New Hampshire. Kieran was Appointed Board
Member for the Journalists Action Network, which last year set up the Covid Action Network
(bringing together young journalists from Croatia to Scotland reporting on the pandemic’s
impact).
