Membership Payment

Membership of the Foreign Press Association USA lasts for 12 months from the date of payment. New applications and renewals can be made at any time.

There are several different tiers of membership of the organization - more information is available below. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have.

Active Member - $150
Open to international journalists working in the US, and to American journalists working for international media outlets covering Western Hemisphere and international issues.

Student Member - $50
For university student journalists or recent graduates and/or freelancers under 30 looking to break into journalism.

Associate Member - $195
For US-based, media-related professionals including but not limited to the fields of  communications, public relations, public policy, academia, and diplomacy. Not entitled to vote as full member.

Overseas Member - $90
For press temporarily resident outside the US or who make occasional visits or who expect to return. (Upon address becoming US membership will be recognized as Active Press)
