STEP THREE: The FPA Board will confirm receipt of your application and payment, and will notify you of the outcome of your application within 5 working days.
If you would prefer to send your application to us by hard copy, download the application form using the button below and return to us by mail.
If you would prefer to pay by check, make checks payable to 'FPA New York inc' and mail to us at 864 Lexington Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY, 10065.
New membership applications are subject to a ten day review period by the Executive Committee.
Your press/membership card will be mailed to you by standard mail. If you wish to arrange for your card to be sent using overnight delivery (FedEx) please contact us to arrange.

Active Membership
Open to international journalists working in the US, and to American journalists working for international media outlets covering Western Hemisphere and international issues.
Yearly Membership: $150.
Associate Membership
For US-based, media-related professionals including but not limited to the fields of communications, public relations, public policy, academia, and diplomacy.
Yearly Membership: $195.
Student Membership
For university student journalists or recent graduates and/or freelancers looking to break into journalism.
Yearly Membership $50.
Overseas Membership
For press temporarily resident outside the US or who make occasional visits or who expect to return. Upon address becoming US membership will be recognized as Active Press)
