On Episode 15 of DISCOVERY, we’ll talk with Gary Anderson, producing artistic director of Plowshares Theatre Company in Detroit. Anderson is also a co-founder of Black Seed — a new, unprecedented national initiative addressing historic inequities in theater by fostering growth and sustainability for Black theater organizations.
