MIKE WALLACE

Mike Wallace, our guest of honor on May 10th, has been a 60 Minutes correspondent since its premiere in 1968. His experience as a newsman dates back to the 1940’s, when he was a radio news writer and broadcaster for the Chicago Sun. After serving as a naval communications officer during World War II, he became a news reporter for radio station WMAQ in Chicago. (more…)

Keynote Speaker 2007 – Paul Volcker

In the course of his career, Paul Volcker worked in the federal government for almost 30 years, culminating in two-terms as Chairman of the Board of governors of the Federal Reserve System from 1979-1987. He divided the earlier stages of his career between the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Treasury Department and the Chase Manhattan Bank. (more…)
